Our return policy is in effect for a 15 day period. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. In addition – items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Prior to a return, please contact our customer service. We have found that the return process goes much more quickly and smoothly when we are expecting receipt of your package. Customer Service will help assess your return’s eligibility and will diagnose any issues with you prior to sending back your return.
Your purchased item must be in the same condition in which it arrived (this includes original packaging) and we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, you will receive an email notification of receipt. This email will also include your notification on the rejection or acceptance of a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely period.
Refunds do not include the shipping cost and may be subject to a restocking fee.
In the event that the refund is delayed make sure to contact your bank or credit card company to check on their refund crediting policy. We only offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged. Times for the receipt of exchanged items may vary, depending on where you are located. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at: [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). These shipping costs are non-refundable. If Breaker Authority sent you items in error, you will not be responsible for any return shipping.
