I was initially going to give a bad review. I had placed an order for some breakers on an expedited request. I placed the order on a Friday evening and the site said that I would have my order by Tuesday. Monday came and there was an issue with the plane the shipment was on and I wasn’t going to be getting my order until Wednesday. This didn’t work because I was on a tight time frame for my job. They ended up overnighting my order so that I had everything on time. Very satisfied with my service, I’ll be ordering through them again.

I had ordered a refurbished model and they ended up being out of stock. I had to have the part but they wouldn’t be getting a refurbished model in time. When I called they worked with me on getting a new model for a great deal so my margin didn’t get killed. We got it on time and the job done. Excellent customer service!

They delivered on time and at a great price.

I placed an order that got lost in the shuffle, I was livid. When I called they were very apologetic and got my order put together and overnighted. They called me back to make sure I got everything. No one’s perfect but I think it shows a lot when a company owns up to a mistake and does the extra work to make up for it. Ultimately a great experience.

Great company to work with. I have placed four orders now and all have come on time and have been exactly what was ordered. I appreciate the communication that lets me know exactly where the order is.
